Friday is an IT/tech recruitment company dedicated to help young engineers get a strong start to their careers. Founded in 2017, the company experienced growth, prompting the need to define and develop its brand. In 2020, the journey began, resulting in a comprehensive brand overhaul encompassing strategy, identity, and digital design. This initiative aimed to ensure that the company's founding principles and ideas could seamlessly scale with its expanding organization.

The identity is designed to make Friday feel more like a tech/engineering company rather than a recruitment company. Drawing inspiration from an engineer's approach to technical problem-solving, the visual design centers around functionality, eliminating unnecessary clutter and generous use of whitespace. The future looks bright. The symbol was designed to enhance Friday's distinct identity, setting the company further apart from the weekday that shares its name.
